Measuring Tips 

Here are some tips to help you order the correct size.

Lift your arms and measure around your body, crossing over the fullest part of your chest

Sleeves  

Place your hand on your hip and measure from the top of your shoulder to your elbow, and wrist.

Waist

Measure around your waist at your navel.  Keep a finger between your body and the measuring tape for an accurate fit.
