Meet our Stylists: Noha Mourad

Today on Zeena Uncovered, we're excited to talk with Noha Mourad, a southern belle and trend expert hailing all the way from Texas. Noha began her career in finance, but her unstoppable entrepreneurial spirit led her to joining the Zeena team! As the go-to trunk show planner for the Dallas region and full-time fashion blogger/influencer, Noha loves to experiment with style and celebrates each moment with a positive attitude.  

Noha, welcome to Zeena Uncovered! Can you tell us a little about yourself? 

Hi! I am Noha and I live in Dallas, Texas! I'm a born and raised Texan, but my roots are Lebanese (woot woot)! I used to be in the finance world, but recently I have decided to become a mompreneur! I have two kids and love to watch them grow; so I took a HUGE risk and started a Physician Locum Tenen Agency, partnering with my sister. It’s been one of the hardest things I’ve done. When I’m not running a start-up, I maintain my modest fashion and lifestyle blog nohamourad.com. It's something for me to do for fun...and trust me I have so much fun doing it!

How did you get started working with Zeena?

I’ve been a fan of Zeena a few years before I started wearing hijab. I love their style and I always would rock Zeena when I can! After wearing hijab, I noticed there weren't any trunk shows in Dallas yet, so I offered to host one. So really...it was a selfish move for me to try on and buy more Zeena clothes. LOL!

As a stylist, we love the way you try to create an authentic shopping experience at your events and curate new looks. What do you enjoy the most about hosting Zeena trunk shows? 

I love helping my customers put together an outfit. It’s one of my favorite things to do in life. When they try something on that they usually wouldn’t wear, or buy a color they aren’t used to wearing, I get to see that sparkle in their eyes. It’s my happy place!

As a fashion influencer, you never compromise your personal dress code for the sake of achieving a 'look'. So, we have to ask, what does modesty mean to you?

How would you describe your personal style?

My personal style is fun and daring. I try to go out of the box and just have fun with fashion. Right now, I ESPECIALLY I love the “no rules” in fashion. You literally can do anything and own it. I am definitely embracing that and challenge you to as well!
