Return Policy

If your purchase did not work out, we would like to make it right for you! You have 30 days to return an item, unless marked Final Sale. Please follow these simple steps:

1) Make sure you have a copy of the invoice that came with your order. Fill out the section that says Return and put it in with the item you are sending back. In this section, please make sure you mention the reason you want to return. If you misplaced the form, fear not, you can download it electronically here.

2) For reasons of safety and hygiene, only merchandise that is unworn, unwashed and has the original tag still on it can be returned. All returns have to be received by us within 30 days of your original purchase. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return item(s) to us, except if the item has a material or workmanship defect. If the return is because of a defect (material or workmanship) as approved by us, then at our sole discretion we may reimburse you for the return postage not to exceed the United States Postal Service first class mail rate.

3) All refunds are processed using the same method as the original payment. We cannot issue checks or cash. In some cases, if warranted, returns may be issued in the form of a Zeena credit redeemable for future purchases on our site. This includes orders that were placed with us using a method other than a credit card.

4) Please remember, we will not accept any merchandise that has been washed, dried, damaged, worn, or stained in any way, including items that have been damaged or shrunk in a dryer.

5) When items are listed as Final Sale, this indicates no returns on these items. 

7) All returns are processed within 5-8 business days.
